Station House is a series of paintings by Andrick Ross that depicts the station as they really appear for local indigenous in the region.

Station is usually the only employer of the local workforce with jobs and activities that are generally outdoor and fits well to the people.

The activities have its seasons with mustering, its festivities as the rodeos that are still one of the main events in rural areas.

Andrick in this painting evokes directly a little station near Ampilatwatja where his grandfather used to work, add generally the couple with children in a very naive style. The bright colours are his manner to emphasise the beauty and the majesty of the landscape.
