Get ready, Tennant Creek — a huge night of comedy is heading your way.

Darwin Comedy Festival on Tour is bringing nationally recognised comedians Kevin Kropinyeri and Amy Hetherington to the Tennant Creek RSL for a high-energy night of stand-up, storytelling and big Territory laughs.

Alongside these headline acts, the night will also feature emerging local performers who have developed their own original material through special comedy workshops as part of the tour. It’s a rare chance to see local voices share the stage with some of Australia’s favourite comedians.

Workshop participant call-out

Each participating venue is also calling for aspiring comedians to get involved.

All it takes is 3–5 minutes of original material – whether it’s stand-up, sketch, solo, group, musical or physical comedy. Participants will take part in a free comedy workshop to refine their act under the guidance of professional comedians Kevin Kropinyeri and Amy Hetherington, before performing live on stage.
